The Alliance works with Asian women's rights organizations to provide volunteer positions to Americans who wish to get to know a new corner of the world, while also helping support women's rights efforts by volunteering their unique skills and talents to advance women's rights in Asia. The Alliance recruits volunteers to spend two to three weeks providing training, consulting and assistance to five of Mongolia's most dynamic and effective women's rights organizations.
