Looks like we have a number discrepancy here. Apparently the Mongolian Statistical Yearbook is giving a significantly lower population number than the CIA World Factbook. We'll have to choose which one is more authoritative and go with it. That counts me out though, since I can't read the Mongolian in the yearbook.Gossett 05:14, 30 July 2008 (GMT)

Apparently I should have taken a minute to look more closely at the document and realize it is bilingual. I suppose that my inclination at this point is that we should go with the Mongolian government's numbers for population since there is really no reason to doubt them. It does make me wonder, however, where and how the CIA got their numbers.Gossett 19:45, 3 August 2008 (GMT)
