6 Put the circuit board again on the toothbrush being it was before. Locate the two thin pieces of metal that you had to sever in order to remove the circuit panel. Heat these up by means of the soldering iron and then carry the soldering flux against it. If the metal is hot enough, the flux will melt to reconnect the metal bits.
7 Place the bottom piece of the toothbrush again in place. The bottom of this piece should have any small notch. Line this nick up with the center of the circuit board and drive the piece in until it clicks.
8 Solder the two thin wires again to the circuit board. Be sure they go in the same places that is they originally were.
9 Place the outer shell of the toothbrush again on and twist it clockwise to lock it inside place.
